Spice up the flavor of your fresh corn on the cob with this recipe for Mexican Elotes. Every ear of corn is carefully coated with the perfect blend of spices to provide the perfect zesty taste.

Ingredients

- Cob - Cotija cheese - Mexican crema - Mayonnaise - Lime - Cilantro - Tajin seasoning

Step 1

Bring a pot with water to boil. Boil the corn for about 5 minutes, or until tender.

In a bowl, add the Mexican crema, mayonnaise, and lime juice. Mix until well combined. Set aside.
