Classic Philadelphia cheesesteaks rule in my neck of the woods. This Philly Cheesesteak Flatbread is the perfect recipe to celebrate the sandwich Philadelphia made famous.

Ingredients

- Pizza dough - Rib eye - Onion - Mozzarella cheese - Vegetable oil - Olive oil - Salt - Pepper

Step 1

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Drizzle pan with one tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add steak and cook 60 seconds per side.

Step 2

Remove from skillet. Reduce the heat to medium. Add the remaining vegetable oil to the skillet and add the sliced onion. Saute for about 10 minutes until transparent.

Step 3

To assemble flatbread, add cheese and then top with steak and sauteed onions.

Step 4

Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
