As much as I enjoy baking, I hate the thought of it during the summer months. The idea of turning on the oven when it is 95 degrees outside makes me sweat just thinking about it. So, when summer arrives, I turn to no-bake desserts in a jar to satisfy my family’s sweet tooth.

Today, I partnered with NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE Morsels to create these easy No-Bake Cannoli Cheesecake Jars. These are perfect to make for a party, your family or just because. They are so easy to make too.

Lately, I have been obsessed with the many talents of the mason jar. They are not just for canning anymore! One of my favorite things to use mason jars for is to desserts. They can be baked in or used for no-bake treats too. Either way, they make for a perfect presentation.

NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE Morsels have long been a favorite of mine. Seriously, who doesn’t love chocolate? The traditional Italian cannoli has also been at the top of my list {I guess it’s the Italian in me – thanks Dad!}. I just love the cannoli cream, laced with a hint of cinnamon and lemon zest with the chocolate chips mixed in.

How To Make No-Bake Cannoli Cheesecake Jars

To prepare these joyous cups, I mixed softened cream cheese, ricotta cheese, powdered sugar together. I then added some cinnamon, lemon zest and vanilla. Beat well with a mixer. Once incorporated, gently mix in by hand the NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE Mini Morsels. The mini morsels are the perfect size but with big chocolate taste for this recipe.

Then, I combined some melted butter with graham cracker crumbs. Fill the bottom of 4 small glass jars with some of the graham crackers. Then top with some of the NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE Mini Morsels.

      1. Thank you! Making these now. The filling isn’t smooth…is it not supposed to be? Or am I doing something wrong? Thanks in advance!
