Lighten up your side dish routine with this easy Air Fryer Parmesan Rosemary Potato Wedges.  This is a delicious weeknight or holiday side dish.

Ingredients

- baby Yukon gold Potatoes - wedge of Parmesan cheese - fresh Rosemary - Spray Olive Oil - Butter - garlic salt - Pepper - to taste

Step 1

Wash the potatoes in a colander, and pat dry with a kitchen towel.

Step 2

Cut the potatoes in half, and place them in a large bowl.  Spray the Potatoes with the Olive oil, until well coated.

Step 3

Place the potatoes in a single layer cut side down in the air fryer basket, and set the time for 8 minutes.

While the Potatoes are cooking, melt the two Tablespoons of butter the Microwave, and sprinkle a little garlic salt in the butter.
