- Chicken - Lemon marinade - Olives - Tomatoes - Onion - Feta cheese - Basil - Oregano
Marinate chicken breasts in lemon marinade for one hour.
To make Mediterranean Salsa, combine chopped California Black Ripe Olives, chopped tomatoes, crumbled feta cheese, onion and garlic in a medium bowl.
Drizzle red wine vinegar and olive oil over salsa and gently toss.
Grill chicken over medium heat. When chicken is done, plate and top each piece of chicken with a generous portion of Mediterranean Salsa.
