Tomato season calls for a delicious Jersey Fresh Panzanella Salad Ripe juicy tomatoes pair up with rustic French baguette bread to create a delicious summer salad.

- Jersey Fresh Tomatoes - Yellow grape tomatoes halved - Rustic French day old bread - Fresh mozzarella cherry size - Onion diced - Fresh basil choppedDressing - Red wine vinegar

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment.

Chop bread into bite-sized cubes (croutons). Spread over baking sheets. Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Drizzle olive oil over to coat. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
