Cinnamon Sugar Pumpkin Waffles

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Bisquick
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin pureeCinnamon Sugar 1/2 cup granulated sugar & 1 teaspoon cinnamon1 stick butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat waffle iron.
  2. Mix dry ingredients together in a large bowl (Bisquick, pumpkin pie spice, brown sugar and granulated sugar)
  3. In another mixing bowl, mix liquid ingredients (pumpkin puree, milk, oil, eggs, and vanilla
  4. Make a well in center of dry ingredients. Pour liquid ingredients in center and stir to incorporate.
  5. Brush the waffle iron with some melted butter. Add batter and cook until golden brown.
  6. Remove waffles and brush each side with melted butter.
  7. Dip in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
  8. Serve with warm maple syrup.
