Berry Overnight Oatmeal

Wake up in the morning to a delicious and healthy Berry Overnight Oatmeal.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups old fashioned oats
  • 2 cups vanilla almond milk
  • 1 cup vanilla greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon agave syrup more or less to taste
  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries blueberries and/or blackberries
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans optional

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients, except fruit and nuts, in a medium mixing bowl. Mix well. Spoon to fill a mason jar half way. Add some fruit and nuts. Top off and add more fruit and nuts.
  2. Refrigerate overnight and enjoy in the morning.
  3. Can microwave for up to one minute if desired.
