loaf of whole wheat bread of challah bread
sliced and cubed

fresh strawberries
sliced

egg substitute or 8 large eggs

Simply Pure

almond milk

sugar

teaspoon
salt

teaspoon
ground cinnamon

tablespoon
pure vanilla extract

Spray a 13 x 9 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.

Layer bread cubes with the sliced strawberries.

In a mixing bowl, whisk egg substitute, almond milk, Simply Pure, sugar, cinnamon, salt and vanilla together.

Pour over bread and strawberries. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.

When ready to bake, preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cover and bake for 45 minutes. After 25 minutes, remove foil so top gets slightly crispy.
