package Hillshire Farm® Polska Kielbasa

cup
brussels sprouts
halved

cup
of cauliflower

1
parsnip
diced

1
medium red onion
chopped

1
apple
peeled and roughly diced

1
yam or sweet potato
diced
-
1
garlic clove
minced
-
Salt & Pepper to taste

tablespoons
oil

ounces
beer
-
Preheat grill or oven to 400 degrees.

Slice one package of Hillshire Farm® Polska Kielbasa and add to a disposable aluminum pan.

Slice up the remaining vegetables and add to the pan. Then, add the diced apple.

Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Drizzle oil over everything and toss to incorporate.

Cover loosely and place pan on the grill or in oven and add six ounces of beer. *Note: for an alcohol-free recipe, substitute vegetable stock.

Stir occasionally.

Remove when vegetables are tender.
