Instructions
In a small bowl, mix Light & Fit® Carmel Apple Pie Yogurt, light cream cheese and 3/4 cup of the toasted coconut together.
Spoon one tablespoon of the filling into each of the Keebler® Ready Crust® Mini Graham Cracker Pie Crusts. Add one tablespoon of the diced apples and a sprinkle of the remaining coconut.
Top with one tablespoon of the filling.
Top with a drizzle of caramel sauce and Reddi-wip®.
