Spicy Swiss & Bacon Dip

This Spicy Swiss & Bacon Dip pairs well with Town House Pita Crackers with Sea Salt or Town House Flatbread Crisps.

Ingredients

  • 8 slices bacon chopped
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 2 tablespoons chili hot sauce add more for extra spice
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded swiss cheese
  • 1/2 scallions chopped
  • Town House Pita Crackers or Townhouse Flatbread Crisps

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. In a non-stick skillet, brown bacon over medium high heat. Drain bacon on paper towel.
  3. In mixing bowl, combine, cream cheese, hot chili sauce, mayonnaise, dijon mustard, swiss cheese scallions and bacon.
  4. Transfer to a small baking dish and bake at 400 degrees for 18 minutes or until edges are light brown and bubbly.
