Cranberry Nut Pretzel Bark

Ingredients
24
oz.
white chocolate
melted
4
cups
pretzels - square
sticks or mini work best
2
cups
Craisins
1 1/2 to
asted Pecans
Instructions
Using a double boiler, melt chocolate on low. Stir occasionally.
While chocolate is melting, line a large baking sheet with parchment. Cover bottom of pan with pretzels.
Once chocolate is smooth and melted, remove from heat and pour evenly over pretzels. Use a spatula to spread.
Top melted chocolate with nuts and Craisins and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Once bark is cold and set, break apart into chunks or cut into squares.
