Grilled Peaches with Vanilla Ice Cream

Slightly grilled and carmelized peaches are combined with cool vanilla ice cream for a delicious summer dessert.

  • 2 large peaches - on the firmer side
  • 3 tablesoons canola oil
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • Vanilla ice cream


  1. Preheat grill to medium high heat (400 degrees)
  2. Slice peaches and coat each side with oil. Then dredge each slice in brown sugar.
  3. Place on heated grill.
  4. Grill 3-4 minutes each side. Remove from heat.
  5. Scoop 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream into 4 bowls. Top each bowl with grilled peaches.
