Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Hollow out a circle in the center of the round bread. Save removed bread to make cubes for dipping. Set on a baking sheet.

Use a grater to shred the cheddar cheese. Set aside.

Cook bacon until crispy. Drain and crumble into small pieces.

In a medium bowl, add cream cheese, 1 1/2 cup Heluva Good! Sharp Cheddar Cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic, bacon and scallions. Beat with a hand mixer until blended.

Add dip mixture to the center of the loaf.

Top with remaining cheese. Bake 25-30 minutes until bubbly.

Serve with crackers, bread cubes and fresh vegetables.
