1pintbrussels sprouts
4slicesof bacon
1/2cupdiced onion
Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions
Cook bacon until crispy in a cast iron skillet over medium heat. Remove bacon and chop into pieces.
Reserve about 3 tablespoons of bacon grease and discard the rest.
Slice the brussels sprouts in half.
Return brussels sprouts and bacon to the skillet with the reserved bacon grease. Add to the bacon back into the skillet. Cook over medium-high heat until the brussels sprouts and onions become carmelized - about 15 minutes.
