Ingredients
2cans Del Monte® Blue Lake® Cut Green Beansdrained
1can Campbell's® Cream of Mushroom Soup
6slicescooked baconchopped
3/4cupshredded swiss cheese
Eggroll Wrappers
1Egg White
Olive Oil
Instructions
Preheat oven 400 degrees.
Drain the green beans and add to a medium bowl.
Mix in chopped bacon, soup and swiss cheese. Stir to incorporate.
Add a heaping tablespoon of the mixture to the center of a wonton. Fold sides in and then fold side closest to you over. Roll and seal edges with water.
Brush top with olive oil. Bake for 15 minutes or until top is golden brown.
