  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 3/4 cup frozen peas and carrots
  • 3/4 cup frozen corn
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup onion diced
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 4 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce

Instructions

  1. In a heated wok or skillet, add canola oil. Saute pork cubes for about seven minutes until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
