Smithfield® Original Pork Loin Filet
cut into bite-sized pieces

cooked brown rice

canola oil

frozen peas and carrots

frozen corn

minced garlic

onion
diced

eggs
beaten

low sodium soy sauce

sesame oil

scallions
chopped

In a heated wok or skillet, add canola oil. Saute pork cubes for about seven minutes until golden brown. Remove and set aside.

Add onion, garlic, corn and peas and carrots. Saute until onion is transparent over medium heat. About 3 minutes.

Add rice and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

Make a well in the center of the rice and add the eggs. Stir constantly until eggs are thorough scrambled and in small pieces.

Add pork back into the fried rice.

Add soy sauce and sesame oil. Stir to incorporate. Cook over medium heat five minutes more.

Garnish with chopped scallions before serving.
