Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter softened
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoons salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1 cup sweetened coconut
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 3 cups Honey Bunches of Oats Honey Roasted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease of line two baking sheets.</span>
  2. Sift dry ingredients (flour, salt, baking soda and baking powder) together in a medium bowl. Set aside.
  3. Beat the butter and sugars together until light and fluffy.
  4. Add eggs, one at a time. Add vanilla.
  5. Slowly add the flour mixture into the butter mixture. Stir in the oats, cereal, coconut, walnuts and chocolate chips.
  6. Use a medium cookies scoop and drop on the lined sheets.
  7. Bake 10 - 12 minutes, or until golden brown
  8. Remove from oven and cool.
