Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

In a medium bowl, combine corn, black beans, onion, garlic, jalapeno, red pepper, cilantro, salt and pepper. Squeeze juice of one lime and mix in the oil. Set aside.

Spread a layer of tortilla chips on the bottom of a 12" cast iron skillet. Top with cheese and chicken.

Spread another layer of tortilla chips. Top with cheese, chicken, and corn mixture.

Bake in oven for 10 - 15 minutes until cheese is melted.

Remove from oven and top with tomatoes and avocados.

Serve with sour cream and salsa.
