Ingredients
3/4cupquinoacooked
4ouncesof chickengrilled and chopped
1teaspoonof taco seasoning
1cuplettuceshredded
1/2cupblack beansdrained
1/2cupdiced tomato
1/2cupsharp cheddar cheese
1tablespoonsour cream
1/3cupguacamole
Cilantrofor garnish

Instructions
Using leftovers from previous night, add quinoa to one of the Reynolds™ heat & eat disposable containers.
Mix in taco seasoning and chopped chicken.
Place lid on container and store in refrigerator until ready to heat and eat.
In another Reynolds™ heat & eat disposable container, layer lettuce, tomato, beans, cheese guacamole and sour cream. Place lid on and store in refrigerator until ready to serve.
When you are ready to eat, remove lid and heat the container with the chicken and quinoa in the microwave for four to five minutes.
Add heated chicken and quinoa to the container with the lettuce.
