Chicken Quinoa Burrito Bowl

Turn basic left overs into this delicious and easy Chicken Quinoa Burrito Bowl for lunch. This recipe can be prepped in Reynolds™ heat & eat disposable containers the night before and heated when you are ready to eat. #HeatAndEat

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup quinoa cooked
  • 4 ounces of chicken grilled and chopped
  • 1 teaspoon of taco seasoning
  • 1 cup lettuce shredded
  • 1/2 cup black beans drained
  • 1/2 cup diced tomato
  • 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream
  • 1/3 cup guacamole
  • Cilantro for garnish
  • 2 Reynolds™ heat & eat disposable containers

Instructions

  1. Using leftovers from previous night, add quinoa to one of the Reynolds™ heat & eat disposable containers.
  2. Mix in taco seasoning and chopped chicken.
  3. Place lid on container and store in refrigerator until ready to heat and eat.
  4. In another Reynolds™ heat & eat disposable container, layer lettuce, tomato, beans, cheese guacamole and sour cream. Place lid on and store in refrigerator until ready to serve.
  5. When you are ready to eat, remove lid and heat the container with the chicken and quinoa in the microwave for four to five minutes.
  6. Add heated chicken and quinoa to the container with the lettuce.
