Toasted Coconut Caramel Apple Cheesecakes

Ingredients

  • 2 Light & Fit® Carmel Apple Pie Yogurt containers
  • 1 package Keebler® Ready Crust® Mini Graham Cracker Pie Crust 6 count
  • 4 ounces light cream cheese room temperature
  • 1 1/2 cup toasted coconut
  • 1 apple finely diced
  • Caramel Topping for garnish
  • Reddi-wip® for garnish
  • Apple slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix Light & Fit® Carmel Apple Pie Yogurt, light cream cheese and 3/4 cup of the toasted coconut together.
  2. Spoon one tablespoon of the filling into each of the Keebler® Ready Crust® Mini Graham Cracker Pie Crusts. Add one tablespoon of the diced apples and a sprinkle of the remaining coconut.
  3. Top with one tablespoon of the filling.
  4. Top with a drizzle of caramel sauce and Reddi-wip®.
  5. Garnish with apple slices
