Veggie Roll Ups

Veggie Roll Ups are a fun snack for kids. It's a great way of adding healthy vegetables into their diet. #produceforkids

Ingredients

  • 2 whole wheat or flour tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons Marie's Parmesan Caesar Dressing
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 small red pepper thinly sliced
  • 1/2 English cucumber thinly sliced
  • 1/4 lb. steamed green beans

Instructions

  1. Spread one tablespoon of dressing on each tortilla.
  2. Layer each vegetable over dressing.
  3. Roll up tortilla tightly.
  4. With a sharp knife, trim off each end and then cut into 4 equal pieces.
