Marie's Parmesan Caesar Dressing

shredded carrots

small red pepper
thinly sliced

thinly sliced

Spread one tablespoon of dressing on each tortilla.

Layer each vegetable over dressing.

Roll up tortilla tightly.

With a sharp knife, trim off each end and then cut into 4 equal pieces.
