These Honey Glazed Carrots are a simple side dish to serve for any meal. They make a great holiday recipe for Thanksgiving or any family holiday.
Add canola oil and butter to a heated skillet over medium-high heat. Once butter is melted, add brown sugar and honey. Stir until brown sugar is dissolved.
Add one 16 ounce bag of baby carrots. Toss to coat. Reduce heat to medium. Season with salt and chopped parsley. Cook 15 minutes on medium heat or until carrots are tender. Garnish with extra parsley.
