Heat a large skillet with vegetable oil over medium high heat. Add ground beef, onions and seasoning. Cook until ground beef is browned.
Stir in tomatoes, milk, beef broth and uncooked macaroni. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low.
Cover and cook 15-20 minutes on low until pasta is tender and liquid is evaporated.
