Easy Crock Pot French Dip Sandwiches

These flavorful Easy Crock Pot French Dip Sandwiches are a family favorite. Top them with provolone melted cheese and serve with a side of au jus.

INGREDIENTS

3 Pounds Beef Chuck Roast, Salt & Pepper, Oregano, Olive Oil, Sliced Onions, Minced Garlic, Thyme, Low Sodium Beef Broth, Worchestire Sauce, Low Sodium Soy Sauce, Flour, Beer, Slice Provolone Cheese, Hoagie Rolls, Crusty French Roll or French Bread

PROCEDURE

Sear seasoned beef on both sides until golden brown (about 3-4 minutes per side). Remove beef and set aside.

Into the same pan, add sliced onions and saute until transparent, about 3 minutes.

Close with lid and cook on high for 3-4 hours or low heat for 6-8 hours.

Shred beef and return to the slow cooker with some of the au jus to keep moist.

Au jus can be served as is or can be thickened by cooking a slurry and adding in the au jus.
