How To Make

Hot Chocolate Bombs for Valentine’s Day

It’s the season of love and everyone deserves a sweet chocolate treat for Valentine’s Day.

Here is How To Make Hot Chocolate Bombs for Valentine’s Day.  Share these hot cocoa bombs with your kids, family and friends.

INGREDIENTS

> good quality chocolate chips (nestle is fine, Ghirardelli is better)  > Hot Cocoa Mix of your choice > Sprinkles or Crushed Candies (optional) > Mini Marshmallows

1. Start by placing a plate in the freezer. You will need this later.

2. Melt chocolate in a microwaveable bowl on high for 60 seconds.

3. When you stir the chocolate and see it’s mostly melted, heat for 15 seconds and stir until all lumps are gone and the chocolate is smooth. Use a spoon to drop a dollop into the first cavity of the silicon mold.

4. Remove plate and mold from the freezer.  Carefully remove each half heart from the mold and set them on the now cold plate (this keeps them from melting) .

Hot chocolate bombs (or hot cocoa bombs, whichever you prefer) are so popular right now that the local candy shops in our area cannot make them fast enough.

Have a Magical Day!
