- Almond Flour - Sugar - Egg whites - Almond extract - Corn syrup - Slivered almonds - Confectioners sugar - Candied Cherries
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. In a medium mixing bowl, mix almond flour and sugar together.
Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and then add the egg whites, almond extract and corn syrup. Mix with a spatula until a ball forms.
Line two baking sheets with parchment paper. Use a small cookie scoop or teaspoon to form a small ball. Roll each ball in the toasted almonds OR powdered sugar.
Place on baking sheet and add a candied cherry to the center of each cookie. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
