White Pizza Bites

Ingredients

  • 4 Bays English Muffins
  • 2 medium tomatoes chopped
  • 1/2 cup red onion chopped
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Separate English muffins and line on a baking sheet.
  3. Add Italian seasoning and garlic to olive oil. Brush on the top of each muffin.
  4. Top each muffin with mozzarella cheese, tomato, and onion. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  5. Bake at 400 degrees for 12 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  6. Cut appetizers into quarters before serving.
