Soft and buttery crescent rolls are filled with Ham And Gorgonzola to create a delicious appetizer. These Ham And Gorgonzola Bites are perfect for any party!

Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 8 oz. finely chopped ham
  • 1/2 cup gorgonzola cheese
  • 4 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Mix cream cheese, gorgonzola, ham, mustard, brown sugar and garlic powder together.
  3. Unroll crescent rolls onto a lined baking sheet. Press into 12 x 9 rectangle, sealing perforations.
  4. Use a knife or pizza cutter to make 24 squares in the dough.
  5. Add one heaping teaspoon of the filling to the center of each square.
  6. Fold four corners over and pinch to seal
  7. Bake 12-15 minutes at 375 degrees.
