You need just five minutes and a few simple ingredients to make this delicious Roasted Red Pepper Hummus!

Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas garbanzo beans, drained
  • 3 Roasted Red Peppers drained from oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons tahini
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Parsley for garnish
  • 1 roasted red pepper finely chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Add the drained chickpeas, roasted pepper, garlic and all the seasonings to the food processor bowl.
  2. Turn on and slowly drizzle in the olive oil until the hummus is smooth and combined.
  3. Pour in a serving dish. Garnish with fresh parsley and chopped roasted red peppers.
