Peach Bourbon Crisps

These individual Peach Bourbon Crisps are the perfect summer treat - with just the right amount of bourbon. This recipe can easily be made without the bourbon as well.

Ingredients

  • Crisp Filling Ingredients
  • 4 cups ripe Jersey Fresh Peaches peeled and sliced
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 3 tablespoons bourbon whiskey optional
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pecan Streusel Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup quick cooking oats
  • 1/2 cup pecans
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter softened
  • Pinch of cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment and place mason jars on sheet.
  3. Peel and slice ripe peaches. Add peaches to medium bowl. Mix in flour, sugar, cinnamon, salt and bourbon.
  4. Fill each mason jar equally with peach crisp filling.
  5. To make streusel, add flour, oats, pecans, brown sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Cut in butter and mix until pea-sized crumbs form.
  6. Top each mason jar with pecan streusel.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees until golden.
