Roasting brussels sprouts brings out their unique sweet flavor. Pairing them with apples and maple syrup adds even more delicious flavor to their caramelization. This dish is a perfect Thanksgiving side!

Ingredients
1lb.Jersey Fresh Brussels Sproutshalved
1/4poundthick sliced hamdiced
1Jersey Fresh Applediced
1/3cupolive oil
3tablespoonsbalsamic vinegar
2tablespoonsmaple syrup
Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.
Wash brussels sprouts and cut in half. Add to mixing bowl.
Dice ham and apples into bite sized cubes. Add to mixing bowl with brussels sprouts.
In a small mixing bowl, add oil, vinegar and maple syrup. Whisk until incorporated.
Add the dressing to the brussels sprouts and mix.
Pour on a sheet pan and season with salt and pepper.
