Vanilla Bake Shop Cupcakes

A classic vanilla cupcake that is so yummy and delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cup Cake Flour
  • 1 1/4 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 tablespoon Baking Powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 2 sticks Butter room temperature
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven 325 degrees.
  2. Line 2 muffin tins with cupcake liners (24)
  3. Sift dry ingredients.
  4. In mixer, beat butter until light and fluffy. Add sugar and blend well.
  5. Add eggs one at a time. Beat well after each.
  6. Slowly mix in milk and vanilla.
  7. Add dry ingredient and beat gently just until incorporated.
  8. Spoon muffin tins 2/3 full.
  9. Bake at 325 degrees for 17-20 minutes.
