Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Granola

For breakfast or a quick snack, this easy Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Granola recipe will have everyone begging for more!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 3 cups old fashioned oats
  • 1 cup peanuts
  • 3/4 cup miniature chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
  2. Line a baking sheet with a silicone mat or parchment paper.
  3. In a large microwavable bowl, add honey, peanut butter, and brown sugar. Microwave for 30 seconds.
  4. Remove and add oats, vanilla, and nuts. Mix well.
  5. Spread mixture on baking sheet. Sprinkle chocolate chips over top.
  6. Bake 18-20 minutes until golden.
  7. Cool and store in a food storage container for up to one month.
