Baked Apple Cider
This no-yeast baked donut is full of sweet apple cider flavor and topped with a cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Fresh Apple cider
- Plain Greek Yogurt
- All-purpose flour
- Brown sugar
- Vanilla extract
In a small saucepan, boil the cup of apple cider until reduced to 1/2 cup. Set aside to cool.
In a medium bowl, mix the dry ingredients together (flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt). Add brown sugar, egg, yogurt, and vanilla.
Stir in melted butter and reduced apple cider. Thoroughly mix all ingredients until it’s a smooth batter. Set aside.
Spray the donut pan with non-stick spray. Pour or pipe the batter into each donut form. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
It doesn’t have to be fall to enjoy these Baked Apple Cider Donuts.
