These Best Twice Baked Potatoes With Bacon are a cheesy, creamy and filled with lots of bacon. This easy potato recipe is perfectly portioned and can be made in advance.

Ingredients

- Potatoes - Cooking oil - Butter - Sour cream - Milk - Cheddar cheese - Bacon - Green onions - Salt - Pepper

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with tinfoil.

Scrub each potato clean and then rub with cooking oil. Place the potatoes on the lined cookie sheet and bake for 1 hour.

Allow the potatoes to cool. Lower the heat of the oven to 350°.

Cut each potato in half, lengthwise, then use a spoon to scoop out the potato inside, leaving about 1/4” to 1/2” flesh attached to the potato skin.
