These Tasty Loaded Breakfast Burritos are a delicious  make-ahead freezer meal your family will love. The Mission Protein Tortilla Wraps add a delicious protein boost.

Ingredients

- Eggs - Ham - Potatoes - Red pepper - Onion - Half and half - Cheddar cheese - Tortilla wraps

Step 1

In a heated skillet, add two tablespoons of oil. Add frozen hash brown potatoes and sauté on medium high heat until golden brown. Remove from skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet or a grill pan, toast each side of the Protein Tortillas for one minute on each side. I like the way the toast marks look. Set aside until ready to fill.

Step 3

Heat oil in a medium skillet. Add diced ham, onions, and peppers. Cook for 3-5 minutes until the onions are transparent.

Add eggs, milk, salt, and pepper to a bowl. Whisk together. Pour the egg mixture into a skillet with the ham and vegetables.
