Ingredients

- baguette - olive oil - salt & pepper to taste - fire-roasted tomatoes - garlic, chopped or minced - chopped fresh parsley - balls fresh Burrata cheese

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.  Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt & pepper.

Step 2

Place the baguette slices back into the oven and bake for another 10 minutes or until just golden brown. Set aside to cool.

Step 3

Pour the fire-roasted tomatoes into a medium ramekin. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with fresh parsley.

I like to serve this appetizer on a round plate or cutting board. It makes for a nice presentation when you place the burrata in the center and fan the bread in a circle around the cheese.
