Burrata cheese is an Italian cheese made from cow’s milk. Burrata is formed in a circle, It has a soft mozzarella shell wrapped around a creamy center that delivers a clash of sensations and a buttery consistency unlike any other.

When cut open, the creamy interior is revealed as it slowly seeps from the center like rich cream. It is mild, smooth and fresh. So good!
