I love a good hot corn dip recipe. When I first started this blog, I shared a delicious corn dip recipe. It’s a homemade dip that is really delicious but has a lot of ingredients. But it is so good! This slow cooker fiesta dip is super simple, fix and forget Crock Pot dip recipe.
Slow Cooker recipes are real time-savers for parties, the holidays or football season. I love the idea of adding everything to a pot, mixing it up and turning it on. And then come back in a few hours and serve.
In our house, dip recipes are essential during the holiday season. Plus, I just love to find any excuse to make a dip recipe because I love them. This easy fiesta corn dip has a southwestern flair. It’s packed with fiesta corn, cream cheese jalapeños and cheddar cheese and has just the right amount of spice. This cheesy dip is a real winner.
Slow Cooker Fiesta Corn Dip Ingredients:
Fiesta corn
1-2 Jalapenos
Monterey jack cheese (you can also use cheddar)
Cream cheese

Combine the fiesta corn, jalapeno, and shredded cheese in the bowl of a slow cooker. Stir to mix. Place the cream cheese on top of the corn mixture.

Place the lid on the slow cooker and set to cook on low for 2 hours. Halfway through the cook time, remove the lid and stir the ingredients to mix the cream cheese into the corn mixture. Continue cooking for the remaining time.

Slow Cooker Fiesta Corn Dip
Ingredients
- 2 15.25-ounce can fiesta corn
- 1-2 jalapeno, deseeded and diced (depending on your heat preference_
- 2 cup shredded Monterey jack cheese
- 2 8-ounce package cream cheese
Instructions
- Combine the fiesta corn, jalapeno,
and shredded cheese in the bowl of a slow cooker. Stir to mix. - Place the cream cheese on top of
