#AD I love to celebrate "me time" by catching up with my favorite magazines like PEOPLE StyleWatch®, InStyle®, and Us Weekly® while enjoying these delicious Berry Yogurt Popsicles. This popsicle recipe is packed with berries and so easy to make. #pmedia #summer4meWhile summer for most families is low-key and relaxing, it’s not for mine. Living on our family’s 500 acre farm is a lot of work. Summer is our busy time on the farm and in our retail farm markets. The bottom line is, we all work a lot, adults and kids alike. While we don’t get a lot of family time during this time of year, we always find a way to spend some quality time together.

Finding time for myself is a whole other story. As a wife and mom, I always make sure my family’s needs are met before mine. It just what us moms do, right? Driving the kids to their activities, working in our farm market, making sure dinner is on the table….I just don’t get a lot of “me time.”

Berry Yogurt Popsicles - 3Well, today I am carving some time out of my busy schedule for some much needed “me time.” During the summer months, my “me time” usually involves relaxing by the pool, reading a good magazine like PEOPLE StyleWatch®, InStyle®, and Us Weekly® and enjoying a healthy treat like these Berry Yogurt Popsicles I whipped up.

Berry Yogurt Popsicles - Feature 1Soaking in some nice vitamin D (with sunscreen on, of course), catching up on all the celebrity fashion and news and enjoying a nice treat by our pool is the perfect way for me to relax and unwind….even if it is only for an hour. Having just a little time to myself is rejuvenating.

Magazines like PEOPLE StyleWatch®, InStyle®, and Us Weekly® are so entertaining to read. I purchased them at my local Target Store, one of my favorite places to shop. I love to catch up on all the celebrity gossip, read about the latest fashion trends coming out of Hollywood and even see if there are any recipes that I can try to make myself. I also like to look at the fashion pages and try to find similar outfits at the stores I shop at. Keeping up with the latest styles keeps me on my toes and makes me feel like a “hip” mom.

Reading a magazine is my favorite way to enjoy that coveted “me time”. Have you ever used Target’s Cartwheel App? I love it! It’s a great way to save extra money while shopping at Target. You can save 20% off participating titles (PEOPLE®, InStyle®, PEOPLE® StyleWatch, Us Weekly®) by using the Target Cartwheel Digital Offer. Also, you can receive 20% off special edition magazines. Both offers are available until 7/10/15 (while supplies last).

Berry Yogurt Popsicles - 1These Berry Yogurt Popsicles are the perfect cool down on a hot summer’s day. If you love berries of all kinds, then you will love these. They are packed with them. Frozen treats during the summer months always are a hit. Have you ever made your own? They are so easy, healthy and inexpensive to make. I even added some fresh strawberries that we grow on our farm to these in addition to blueberries, raspberries and blackberries.

Berry Yogurt Popsicles - 2To make, I simply combined the almond milk, yogurt and agave nectar in a bowl and mixed. I then added fresh berries to each popsicle mold and poured the popsicle mix into each mold, filling 3/4 full. I then added some more berries. Place the lid back on the mold and insert a popsicle stick into each. Freeze for 5 hours until frozen. To remove from mold, run a little warm water over each.
