Cinnamon Sugar Pretzel Bites

Cinnamon Sugar Pretzel Bites is a simple from-scratch recipe that is delicious and easy to make. 


Active Dry Yeast, Warm Water, Granulated Sugar, Light Brown Sugar, Vegetable Oil, Salt, Bread Flour, All-Purpose Flour, Hot Water, Baking Soda


Combine the yeast and water. Let is rest. Then, add all the wet ingredients together and slowly add in the dry ingredients.

Knead mixture on low speed until smooth an elastic. When removing the dough from the bowl it should not be WET where it won’t hold shape.

Transfer to a lightly greased bowl, cover with plastic wrap or a damp dishtowel and allow to rest in a warm place until doubled in size

Bake in preheated oven 8 - 11 minutes until tops are nicely golden brown.

Toss in homemade cinnamon sugar mixture. Cover with top and shake, shake, shake!
