Mozzarella Stuffed Pinwheels

- warm water - yeast - granulated sugar - dry powdered milk - all purpose flour - thyme - salt - olive oil Filling - shredded mozzarella cheese - oregano - melted butter

1. Combine warm water, yeast, sugar, dried milk, and 2 cups all purpose flour in a mixing bowl.

2. Let sit for 10 minutes.

3. Preheat the oven to 425

4. Add thyme, salt, olive oil, and 4 cups scooped and leveled all purpose flour to the mixing bowl and knead for 10 minutes with dough attachment.

5. Mix shredded mozzarella cheese, 3 tablespoons olive oil and oregano in a bowl.

6. Lightly flour your surface in rolled it go thin. Brush the top of the dough with melted butter and cover with mozzarella mixture

7. Roll the dough as you would a cinnamon roll and slice the dough in 1.5 to 2 inch sections.
