- Macaroni - Butter - All-purpose flour - Garlic powder - Heavy cream - Milk - Cheddar cheese - Mozzarella cheese
Prepare pasta water by generously salting the water and bringing to a roaring boil.
Cook pasta until al dente. About 10-15 mins.
