- all-purpose flour - salt - sugar - shortening - butter - vinegar - ice water
Add cold butter, shortening, and vinegar. Use a pastry blender to make pea-sized pieces. Slowly add the water in, 2 tablespoons at a time.
Divide dough in half. Roll each half out between two pieces of plastic wrap or on a floured surface. Place dough in a pie dish, fill and top with remaining pie crust.
