Cheeseburger Soup

Warm-up with a comforting bowl of this tasty Instant Pot Cheeseburger Soup. This hearty Instant Pot soup recipe is made from scratch and ready in no time.

This recipe is also great to serve for a tailgate, homegate or any type of fall or winter gathering. It’s a delicious party recipe.

INGREDIENTS

- lean ground beef - small onion, diced - garlic, minced - dried parsley - black pepper - salt - beef broth - diced potatoes - milk - corn starch - shredded pepper jack cheese. - Green onions and bacon bits for topping

Start by turning the pot onto Saute.  Add ground beef, onions and seasonings. Cook until beef is no longer pink and cooked through.

Remove the pot and drain the grease off of the ground beef. You can also soak up the excess grease with a paper towel.

Add the beef broth and potatoes to the pot. Give a quick stir then place the lid on. Set the Instant Pot to pressure cook for 10 minutes. When time is up, do a quick release.

Turn the Instant Pot back to sauté mode. In a medium bowl, combine the milk and corn starch. Whisk until smooth, then pour the mixture into the Instant Pot.
