Pepper Steak Stuffed in Bell Peppers
About this recipe: Do you want to try something different but easy for dinner? How about stuffing bell peppers with Tai Pei Peppered Steak?
Makes: 2 Servings
Prep Time: 5 Minutes
Cook Time: 20 – 30 Minutes

Ingredients: 2 or 3 Bell Peppers (Green, Yellow, Red or a combination of all three!)
Make sure bell peppers can stand on its own
Cooking Instructions:
- Cut the tops off bell peppers, discard seeds and membranes. Set a side bell peppers and top parts.
- Cook Tai Pei Pepper Steaks for three minutes only. (It will finish cooking in the oven)
- Spoon and divide contents into bell peppers and place in a baking pan. Add a few strips of shredded carrots.
- Put tops back and bake in a 360 degree preheated oven for 30 minutes.
Note: For three or more people, try mixing up a few varieties Tai Pei flavors like Beef and Broccoli, Orange Chicken and General Tso’s Spicy Chicken.
