Eggroll wrappers and wonton wrappers are staples that I always like to have on hand. They are perfect to use for quick appetizers. To create these Bacon Bomb Eggrolls, I gave the classic green bean casserole recipe a twist by adding a nice portion of bacon and shredded swiss cheese.

After I mix the ingredients, I add a heaping tablespoon of the mixture to the center of an eggroll wrapper. Fold and wrap. Then, seal the edges with a brush of egg white or water. I also brushed the top with olive oil before baking. I like to bake my Bacon Bomb Eggrolls but if you prefer, you can deep fry they way a traditional egg roll is prepared.
