Amazon Prime Day. It’s like Christmas in July for those of us who not only love Amazon Prime but love to shop online. This year’s shopping extravaganza was pushed back due to the pandemic and is set for October 13 & 14. This blockbuster sale will feature more than one million deals. That is a whole lot of shopping.
I should say that’s a whole lot of shopping from your seat and not your feet. While we don’t know exactly what will be on sale, a few deals have been released already. But the fun of Prime Day is to see what will be on sale. Kind of like Black Friday.
Here are some helpful shopping tips for Amazon Prime Day
Tip 1
Prime Day items will go on sale for a limited amount of time. Some deals sell out, you can put yourself on the Waitlist and Amazon will notify you if the item becomes available.
Tip 2
Spotlight Deals are special deals that feature top brands, popular items and deep discounts that last until the very last item is gone. Find Spotlight Deals through the “Shop All Deals” link on Amazon.
Tip 3
Lightning Deals are viewable 24 hours before they are live but they only run for a very short time and the quantity is very limited. Watch your Prime Day Deals page for up to date information. There is a timer on each deal as well as a status bar showing availability until the deal is claimed.
